This is a 5 week program that is designed to help you start the healing process. Pussy Power. It’s about owning our bodies. Owning our space. 0wning our sexuality. The movement is breathwork, pilates, pelvic floor exercises and somatic touch. The education is centered around building neuroanatomical connections to heal our bodies. Our bodies (emotional/physical/spiritual) are one. I firmly believe our bodies want to heal themselves. Movement is medicine.

5 workshops over a 5 week period that will be paired with movement based classes

60 minutes of education followed by 30-45min strengthening/stretching/somatic experiencing based class

Each workshop is recorded and will be sent to attendees within 24 hrs of the class. Attendees will have access to the recording for 30 days.

Week 1

Your Body is Connected. 

This class is about your pelvic floor and its connection to your ENTIRE body! Yes, your pelvic floor is more than just your vagina.

Your pelvis is the holding place for trauma (including generational trauma), shame, sexual function, bowel function, gut health, etc. Dysfunction in this region, whether it's physical or emotional, creates dysfunction and adaptations throughout your entire body (TMJ/chronic jaw and psoas tightness). What is your body trying to tell you? Are you aware of your holding patterns? 


 

Week 2

Pelvic Floor Anatomy.

This class is an introduction to our pelvic floor muscles and how those muscles relate to our core connection. Our core is made up of our abdominals, back, glutes, inner thighs). 

This workshop is about the somatic awakening of our entire Central Nervous System. Are you aware of your holding patterns? What emotions come up? What is the chatter that is present in your mind when these muscles are activated? Our muscles hold emotions. The body doesn’t lie. 

 

Week 3

Jaw and Neck Muscles. 

Did you know the muscles of your neck and jaw have a DIRECT connection to your pelvic floor?  Tension held in one area creates tension in the other. Hello, TMJ! We start to heal this area by movement, massage AND Learning to speak your truth (throat chakra). What are you withholding? How is stress showing up in your body? Who is holding the power over your voice? This class is focused on awakening this area of your body physically and energetically.

Week 4

Breathe. 

Our diaphragm and pelvic floor work in unison. 

If you’re constantly gripping your abs or “sucking in” your belly, you’re creating tension within your pelvic floor. Where there is tension, there is dysfunction. Anyone struggle with proper bowel function or anxiety?? Learning to properly breath is essential. Breathe has the capacity to heal our body both emotionally and physically. Our nervous system (and bowel function) is dependent on it! 

 

Week 5

Vulva Anatomy.

Do you know what your genitals look like? Have you really sat down and looked at your vulva and mapped out your pleasure anatomy? Our muscular anatomy and pleasure anatomy are interconnected. What have you been told about your sexual body? Does the idea of touching yourself bring about fear or shame? The root chakra is the holding place of this part of your body. 

I am here to tell you that YOU deserve pleasure! Self touch and creating a new relationship with your body (it’s yours,YOU own it!) is the greatest healing you can offer your physical, emotional and spiritual self.
